Webinar Description: As a job applicant, if you’ve been invited to interview, you’re considered a serious candidate. Now is not the time to relax, as the key to getting from interview to offer is preparation. This webinar will share a winning approach to preparing to sell yourself as the right candidate for the job so that you ace the interview. The approach includes how to research the company, department, and interviewers, analyze the job description and prepare answers for the most likely questions, and use AI tools to help you prepare. We’ll also discuss how to morph the interview from a strict Q&A format to a conversation that will help your interviewer get to know you better while you get your key questions answered about what it’s like to work there.
